Our Promise

Pasquale's strives to honor the classic Neapolitan pizza where the integrity of handcrafted ingredients is paramount. Our fresh mozzarella is made by a Neapolitan artisan, cheese makers by generation in Campania, Italy, and now operating in NY. Our neapolitan crust is crafted in house only from "00" flour, fresh yeast and sicilian sea salt. Fermented in 2 phases process for a healthier and more digestible pizza, using a made in Italy fork mixer and a lot of hand kneading.

DINING AT PASQUALE'S PIZZERIA

We are open for indoor dining, with limited capacity.  We ask all our guests to make a reservation to dine with us.  All reservations will be no more than an hour and half.  Please give us a call at 401-783-2900.  We will also be open for take away, if you would like to make an order please give us a call or you may place an order online. Please follow the link under "Online Ordering."  

We are requiring all guests wear masks when entering and wandering the building, as well as when your server approaches your table.  Please keep with social distancing rules, 6 feet apart from all guests, and servers.  

For curbside pickup, please park in the rear entrance lot. 

​Due to high call volume, if you are unable to get through, please place an order online.  We have staff regularly checking outside for pickup orders.  Please be patient with us as we will get your orders delivered curbside in a timely manner. 

Your safety and the safety of our staff is of the utmost importance. We are taking every measure possible to make this a pleasurable and safe experience and we ask that you be patient with us during this time.

The Associazione Vera Pizza Napoletana is an international organization officially established on June 1984 by a group of Neapolitan people representing some of the oldest families of pizza makers and the most famous Neapolitan pizzerias, seeking to cultivate the culinary art of making Neapolitan pizza. Later on, the association was officially established by the Italian government as a denomination of control (DOC), a designation that made AVPN a legal entity able to give special designation to pizzerias who meet strict requirements that respect the tradition of the art of Neapolitan pizza making.
The mission of AVPN is to promote and protect, in Italy and worldwide, the “true Neapolitan pizza“, as typical product made in accordance with the rules and guidelines described in the International Regulations Book (AVPN DISCIPLINARE) in force since 1984, edited and registered by AVPN.
The Association is also involved in the promotion of equipment and ingredients approved for the production of the “true Neapolitan pizza“ (REGISTER OF APPROVED SUPPLIERS) and the professionalization of the Neapolitan style pizza makers (REGISTER OF THE PIZZA MAKERS).
